The Twickenham Stoop conditions of entry
Are any items prohibited at The Stoop?
The following items are not permitted at The Stoop. Bag searches are in operation on match days, so please leave any prohibited items at home.
- Animals (except service animals to aid guests with disabilities)
- Bottles, cans and beverage containers of any kind*
- Illegal Substances & Alcohol or any kind
- Cameras with lens longer than 7.5cms / 3 inches (detachable or non-detachable)
- Chairs, stools, seat cushions or other seating devices*
- Fireworks, firearms and weapons of any kind
- Food items*
- Knives of any length
- Large umbrellas (compact umbrellas only)
- Laser Pointers
- Noisemakers
- Signs or flags on sticks or poles, or larger than can be held by one person
- Tripods, monopods and selfie-sticks
- Video cameras and the use of video capable devices including GoPro devices
- Any other item or action deemed dangerous or inappropriate.
*Exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements and/or special needs or Rugby Festivals
Match Day
Lost Children – What should I do?
If your child goes missing during a Match Day, please speak with a Steward, Supervisor or Member of Harlequins Staff. All lost Children will be directed to the Control Tower located in the South West Corner of the Ground
How can I report an incident on Match Day?
If for any reason you need to report an incident on a Match Day, please scan the QR code on the back of the seat in-front of you which will allow you to report incidents directly to the operations team. Alternatively you can speak with a Steward, Supervisor or Member of Harlequins Staff who will report to the Control Tower. If your complaint is after a Match, please email us at supporterservice@quins.co.uk
Can I smoke or Vape inside the Stadium?
The Stoop is a non-smoking venue. Smoking (including the smoking of electronic and vapor cigarettes) are not permitted anywhere within the stadium.
Supporters are able to leave the stadium via an exit turnstile by scanning their ticket out. Please note, if you do not scan your ticket at an exit turnstile, you will not be permitted re-entry.
Can I store luggage at The Stoop?
Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate the storage of luggage at The Stoop.
Security will conduct random bag searches upon entry. Bags larger than A4 in size are not permitted in the Stadium.
Local businesses offering luggage storage facilities in the vicinity of the stadium can be found on websites such as Bounce or Stasher.
Is there Wifi available at The Stoop?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a public WIFI Service at The Stoop.
How do I reclaim lost property at The Stoop?
If you lose anything at The Stoop please speak to a member of the stewarding team.

Organisers and venue cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
Can I bring a camera to The Stoop?
Cameras with lenses shorter than 7.5cms / 3″ (detachable or non-detachable) are permitted at The Stoop. Any larger cameras are not permitted.
Any photographs taken at The Stoop must be for personal, non-commercial use only.
Can I bring a pushchair to The Stoop?
Push chairs and prams are permitted within the grounds of The Stoop subject to random searches by stewards at the gate. We have limited space for storage of prams and pushchairs in the pram park next to the gate 1 ticket office at The Stoop.
All items are left at the risk of the owner and organisers and the venue cannot accept any responsibility for items that are damaged or stolen.
Are there cashpoint facilities at The Stoop?
Unfortunately, we do not have any Cash Points at The Stoop as we are an entirely Cashless Stadium.
Are there baby changing facilities at The Stoop?
Yes, we do have Baby Changing Facilities in some toilets at The Stoop.
Do I need to show ID to enter the Stadium?
No, at present you are not required to show any ID upon entry to The Stoop. However, this is subject to change for future fixtures or events
Do I need a Radar Key for the Accessible Toilets?
The Club can provide a Radar key which can be collected from the Quinformation Point located behind the Ticket Office at Gate 3 in the South East Corner (What 3 Words: visits.suffer.guides), however, we would recommend that those supporters that require a Radar Key ensure that they bring one to each fixture.
Please note, not all accessible toilets will require a Radar Key.
How do I get to The Stoop?
The Twickenham Stoop is located just off the A316 and can be reached by a number of different transport methods including rail, bus and car. The Stadium is walking distance from Twickenham High Street and is only a few hundred metres away from Twickenham Stadium, the home of rugby.

BY RAIL
The nearest train station is Twickenham which is approximately a 15 minute walk from the stadium.
Other stations within the local area include, Whitton and St Margarets. For further information on train travel, please visit the National Rail website.
BY BUS
There are many bus routes that pass close to The Stoop and Twickenham High Street. We recommend that you visit the TFL website to find the best route for you.
Can I bring an assistance dog?
Yes, you are able to bring an Assistance Dog into the Stadium.
