Which train or Underground stations should I use?

We recommend travelling to either Stratford Station or Stratford International Station, both of which are within walking distance of the venue.

What services run to Stratford Station?

  • London Underground: Elizabeth line, Jubilee line, Central line, Docklands Light Railway (DLR)
  • National Rail: Greater Anglia services to Liverpool Street, Essex and East Anglia, and London Overground services

What services run to Stratford International Station?

  • Docklands Light Railway (DLR)
  • National Rail: Southeastern High Speed services to and from St Pancras International

Buses

Which bus routes serve the venue?

The following bus routes stop close to or within walking distance of Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre:

  • 308, W15, N26 – stop directly outside the venue
  • 97, 339, 388, N205 – run through Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park

Walking

Can I walk to the venue from Stratford?

Yes. The venue is easily walkable from Stratford and Stratford International stations. Clearly signed walking routes will be in place on event days.

Are there any access restrictions when leaving the venue?

Yes. Exit via South Street onto Temple Mills Lane will be closed. All spectators must exit through the main entrance.

Parking

Is spectator parking available at Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre?

There is no spectator parking available on competition and event days but there are other car parks within the vicinity.

Where should I park if travelling by car?

If you are driving, we recommend parking at Stratford International or Westfield Stratford City, then walking to the venue on the official last-mile route.

Twickenham Stoop is well connected to London’s public transport network. We strongly recommend travelling by public transport, walking, or cycling where possible.

Driving & Parking

Can I travel to Twickenham Stoop by car?

Yes, however spectators are encouraged to use public transport where possible due to local traffic and limited parking availability. Paid car parking will be available to purchase near-by closer to the event.

What are the driving directions to Twickenham Stoop?

  • From the M25, exit at Junction 12 onto the M3 towards London
  • Continue onto the A316
  • At the Whitton Road roundabout (next to the Lexus/Toyota dealership), take the fourth exit
  • Turn back on yourself and follow signs to parking area
